We all make decisions on a daily basis. Some decisions can be made quickly and easily, but some decisions are more difficult to make as they are more complex and may be confusing and it is such a struggle that the decision is never gets made, making a person feel stuck in their life.
This workshop aims to assist participants to understand the decision making process, raise awareness as to their own decision making styles and learn effective steps that are essential to making satisfying and holistic decisions!

Karen Karn is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MiHRM). She has a Master in Business Administration and a Masters in Arts in Pastoral Counselling. She is a Certified Professional Trainer recognised by HRDF. She consults clients in various industries on business planning, business systems, processes, human resources, and KPI goal setting. She is also certified in Choice Theory and Reality Therapy with the William Glasser Institute.
