Understanding emotional intelligence and learning skills for a positive change.

We can use emotional intelligence as a tool to support us to become effective with the ‘people-side’ of our everyday life. Acquiring emotional intelligence assists people in connecting their emotions and logic. The objective is making a better relationship with oneself and others.

In this interactive workshop, you will learn about a clear, actionable model for enhancing your own emotional intelligence in order to create positive change. This workshop will also cover the latest findings from neuroscience on emotions in enhancing your emotional intelligence.
